How to use a flash drive as RAM

  

Introduction:

• Hello Viewers, in this tutorial i will show you how to increase your RAM by using a flash drive such as Memory Card, USB.etc.

Requirements:

     For this method you must have;

• Flash Drive (SD Card/USB at-least 4GB)
• The drive must be Empty for better boost.

Method:

• First of all Connect your Flash drive.
• Now Right Click on the drive and go to the Properties.

• You can see the ReadyBoost tab on the top, Click on it.

• Check the option Dedicate this device to ReadyBoost, if you want to adjust the memory to dedicate then use the adjustment option and Apply.

• After that you will see something like this.

 

• Now your flash drive will work as RAM but dont forget to know that it will consume all of your space as a Dedicated Memory. After Setting all the stuff your flash drive will look like this.
